Estos recursos, disponibles desde el 12 de junio mediante bancos y cooperativas vinculadas, buscan subsidiar tasas de inter\u00e9s y otorgar incentivos directos al saldo de los cr\u00e9ditos de campesinos y productores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El paquete est\u00e1 destinado a dos L\u00edneas Especiales de Cr\u00e9dito (LEC): Desarrollo Productivo y Reforma Agraria. La LEC Desarrollo Productivo financia cultivos de ciclo corto, actividades pecuarias, acu\u00edcolas, pesqueras y de transformaci\u00f3n agroindustrial, mientras que la LEC Reforma Agraria apoya la compra de tierras y proyectos productivos en distritos agrarios. Los subsidios a las tasas de inter\u00e9s var\u00edan seg\u00fan el tipo de productor y el proyecto, con beneficios adicionales, por ejemplo, para mujeres rurales de bajos ingresos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, el Gobierno habilit\u00f3 cerca de $78.500 millones para el Incentivo a la Capitalizaci\u00f3n Rural (ICR), un mecanismo que permite reducir los saldos de los cr\u00e9ditos. Este incentivo cubrir\u00e1 hasta el 40% del valor del proyecto para peque\u00f1os productores de ingresos bajos, hasta el 30% para peque\u00f1os productores, y hasta el 25% para medianos productores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta asignaci\u00f3n, MinAgricultura destin\u00f3 m\u00e1s de $21.000 millones espec\u00edficamente para comunidades ind\u00edgenas, NARP (Negros, Afrocolombianos, Raizales y Palenqueros) y productores arroceros, buscando as\u00ed un impacto m\u00e1s equitativo y focalizado dentro de la pol\u00edtica de Reforma Agraria del Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, tanto la ministra de Agricultura, Martha Carvajalino, como la presidenta de FINAGRO, Alexandra Restrepo, destacaron que estos recursos buscan democratizar el acceso al cr\u00e9dito, impulsar la productividad agropecuaria y fortalecer la econom\u00eda campesina.
