Tras su reimpulso en la Comisi\u00f3n Cuarta y la plenaria, solo falta la&nbsp;<strong>etapa de conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;para convertirse en ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los cambios destacados est\u00e1 el&nbsp;<strong>aumento escalonado del recargo dominical y festivo<\/strong>: 85% el primer a\u00f1o, 95% el segundo y 100% el tercero. Adem\u00e1s, el&nbsp;<strong>recargo nocturno<\/strong>&nbsp;comenzar\u00e1 a las 7:00 p.m. y regir\u00e1 seis meses despu\u00e9s de la sanci\u00f3n. Se elimin\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n sobre jornadas&nbsp;<strong>4&#215;3<\/strong>, aunque se mantiene flexibilidad mediante acuerdos entre empleadores y trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los puntos clave fue el reconocimiento del&nbsp;<strong>car\u00e1cter laboral<\/strong>&nbsp;de los contratos de aprendizaje del SENA, con un salario del&nbsp;<strong>75% del m\u00ednimo<\/strong>&nbsp;durante la etapa lectiva. Tambi\u00e9n se aprob\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>multa de 1,5 salarios m\u00ednimos<\/strong>&nbsp;mensuales por cada aprendiz no contratado. Adem\u00e1s, se estableci\u00f3 un plazo de&nbsp;<strong>un a\u00f1o<\/strong>&nbsp;para la vinculaci\u00f3n formal de madres comunitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plenaria rechaz\u00f3 art\u00edculos como el de&nbsp;<strong>estabilidad laboral reforzada<\/strong>&nbsp;(art\u00edculo 9) y los relacionados con el&nbsp;<strong>trabajo por horas<\/strong>&nbsp;(art\u00edculos 37 y 38), que el gobierno consideraba esenciales. Sin embargo, se aprobaron disposiciones como la&nbsp;<strong>protecci\u00f3n laboral en transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>&nbsp;(art\u00edculo 62) y la formalizaci\u00f3n de madres comunitarias (art\u00edculo 74).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo sobre&nbsp;<strong>formalizaci\u00f3n de transportadores<\/strong>&nbsp;(art\u00edculo 76) fue eliminado y se decidir\u00e1 en conciliaci\u00f3n. El gobierno celebr\u00f3 avances como la regulaci\u00f3n de los contratos del SENA, pero enfrent\u00f3 reveses en temas como la flexibilidad laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el proyecto pasa a&nbsp;<strong>conciliaci\u00f3n entre C\u00e1mara y Senado<\/strong>&nbsp;antes de ser ley. El gobierno insiste en que la reforma&nbsp;<strong>beneficia a trabajadores<\/strong>, mientras la oposici\u00f3n critica aspectos como los costos adicionales para las empresas.
