Seg\u00fan el mandatario, esta actuaci\u00f3n representa una extralimitaci\u00f3n de funciones y constituye una posible \u201csituaci\u00f3n de sedici\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro defendi\u00f3 la legalidad del decreto, afirmando que mientras no haya un pronunciamiento de los \u00f3rganos de control competentes, este debe ser acatado por todos los funcionarios p\u00fablicos. \u201cEl registrador no ten\u00eda ning\u00fan derecho a decir lo que dijo. Est\u00e1 en una situaci\u00f3n de sedici\u00f3n contra el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de Estado insisti\u00f3 en que el decreto tiene presunci\u00f3n de legalidad y, por tanto, debe ser respetado. Recalc\u00f3 que ning\u00fan funcionario puede negarse a cumplirlo hasta que las autoridades pertinentes determinen lo contrario. \u201cTodo funcionario cumple el decreto y la ley\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro tambi\u00e9n condicion\u00f3 la derogatoria del decreto a la aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma laboral bajo los t\u00e9rminos acordados en la C\u00e1mara de Representantes.
