De lo contrario, advirti\u00f3 que el decreto se mantiene vigente bajo la presunci\u00f3n de legalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el desarrollo del Consejo de Ministros, Petro afirm\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n de convocar la consulta ha sido clave para mantener viva la reforma laboral, al considerar que sin esa medida, el proyecto ya habr\u00eda fracasado. \u201cLa consulta es lo que mantiene la reforma laboral viva y al pueblo respald\u00e1ndonos en las calles\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este escenario, el mandatario pidi\u00f3 al ministro del Interior, Armando Benedetti, que dialogue con el presidente del Senado, Efra\u00edn Cepeda, para asegurar que se conforme la comisi\u00f3n de conciliaci\u00f3n.
