M\u00e1s de 20 productores del corregimiento de Fortalecillas, en Neiva, se unieron para elaborar el bizcocho de achira m\u00e1s grande del mundo, como pre\u00e1mbulo a la celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del Achira, el pr\u00f3ximo 21 de junio. La pieza artesanal mide tres metros de largo y fue realizada principalmente por mujeres cabeza de hogar de la asociaci\u00f3n ZASCA, especializada en agroindustria local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La preparaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la microempresa huilense \u2018Achiras de mi pueblo\u2019, dirigida por Roberto Hern\u00e1ndez Moreno, reconocido productor con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de trayectoria. Durante m\u00e1s de 40 minutos, los participantes trabajaron en la mezcla de ingredientes tradicionales como queso, harina de sag\u00fa, panela y mantequilla, siguiendo t\u00e9cnicas ancestrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras hornearse durante una hora, el bizcocho entrar\u00e1 en un proceso de tostado de 24 horas para obtener su caracter\u00edstico sabor. Este producto ser\u00e1 presentado en un recorrido por sitios emblem\u00e1ticos de Neiva, como La Plazoleta de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, el monumento a La Gaitana y el Malec\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acto central ser\u00e1 el 21 de junio a las 10:30 a. m. en el Centro de Convenciones Jos\u00e9 Eustasio Rivera, donde se compartir\u00e1 el bizcocho con los asistentes y se exaltar\u00e1n las tradiciones gastron\u00f3micas del departamento. \u201cQueremos que los huilenses se sientan orgullosos de lo nuestro\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Jorge Andr\u00e9s Gechem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este evento no solo celebra la identidad cultural del Huila, sino que tambi\u00e9n impulsa la econom\u00eda regional y promueve el turismo, atrayendo a visitantes interesados en conocer y saborear lo mejor del para\u00edso huilense.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
