Ahora solo falta la sanci\u00f3n presidencial para que la reforma se convierta en ley y sea publicada en el Diario Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conciliaci\u00f3n, que busc\u00f3 unificar los textos aprobados por ambas c\u00e1maras, fue respaldada ampliamente: en el Senado con 59 votos a favor y 16 en contra, y en la C\u00e1mara con 126 votos a favor y solo 2 en contra. El ministro de Trabajo, Antonio Sanguino, celebr\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n trabajando en pol\u00edticas para apoyar a las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas, tema que no qued\u00f3 incluido en el articulado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma laboral plantea cambios clave para mejorar las condiciones de los trabajadores formales del pa\u00eds. Entre los puntos principales se destacan el aumento progresivo del recargo dominical y festivo al 100 %, el inicio de la jornada nocturna desde las 7:00 p.m., la contrataci\u00f3n laboral de los aprendices del SENA y la eliminaci\u00f3n del contrato por horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro del Interior, Armando Benedetti, asegur\u00f3 que el presidente Petro probablemente retirar\u00e1 el decreto que convoca la Consulta Popular 1.0, una propuesta que surgi\u00f3 tras el primer rechazo del proyecto en una comisi\u00f3n del Senado a comienzos de a\u00f1o. Sin embargo, a\u00fan no hay comunicaci\u00f3n oficial por parte del mandatario sobre esta decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma est\u00e1 ahora en manos del presidente Petro, quien debe sancionarla para que entre en vigencia.
