La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, en conjunto con la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana, incaut\u00f3 aproximadamente 9.000 tarros de espuma en el barrio Quebraditas como parte de un operativo para hacer cumplir el Decreto 0172 de 2025. La intervenci\u00f3n estuvo liderada por la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno y la Direcci\u00f3n de Justicia con el objetivo de garantizar la seguridad durante las festividades de San Pedro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La acci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 decomisar 455 cajas de espuma en aerosol, un producto cuya venta, comercializaci\u00f3n y uso est\u00e1n prohibidos por el art\u00edculo sexto del decreto municipal. Esta norma busca proteger la salud p\u00fablica, prevenir ri\u00f1as y evitar alteraciones del orden durante las celebraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla, reiter\u00f3 el llamado a los ciudadanos para que respeten las disposiciones vigentes y se sumen al esfuerzo por mantener la tranquilidad durante las festividades. La prohibici\u00f3n de la espuma forma parte de las estrategias para preservar el orden y la seguridad de todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La directora de Justicia, Diana Margarita Morales, advirti\u00f3 que quienes incumplan la norma se exponen a sanciones econ\u00f3micas. \u201cInvitamos a la ciudadan\u00eda a abstenerse de comprar, vender o usar estos productos, porque se exponen a una multa equivalente a 16 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales diarios vigentes, alrededor de $760.000\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
