La decisi\u00f3n se formaliz\u00f3 el <strong>24 de junio<\/strong>, mismo d\u00eda en que se sanciona oficialmente la <strong>reforma laboral<\/strong>, uno de los proyectos emblem\u00e1ticos del Gobierno que logr\u00f3 ser aprobado por el Congreso con algunos ajustes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo decreto se\u00f1ala de manera puntual: \u201c<strong>Der\u00f3guese el decreto n\u00famero 639 del 11 de junio de 2025, por el cual se convoca a una consulta popular nacional y se dictan otras disposiciones<\/strong>\u201d. Con este acto, el Ejecutivo cumple con lo que hab\u00eda anticipado el ministro del Interior, <strong>Armando Benedetti<\/strong>, quien indic\u00f3 que si el Congreso aprobaba la reforma, el Gobierno desistir\u00eda de acudir a las urnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento lleva la firma del presidente Petro y de todos los ministros, incluidos aquellos que no hab\u00edan suscrito el decreto original de convocatoria, como <strong>Laura Sarabia<\/strong>, <strong>Edwin Palma<\/strong> (ministro de Minas y Energ\u00eda) y <strong>Eduardo Montealegre<\/strong>, nuevo titular de la cartera de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de derogar la consulta se da en el marco de la victoria legislativa que representa la sanci\u00f3n de la reforma laboral, una iniciativa central en el programa de gobierno del presidente Petro, orientada a mejorar las condiciones de los trabajadores en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el Gobierno cierra el cap\u00edtulo de la consulta popular y concentra sus esfuerzos en la implementaci\u00f3n de la nueva normatividad laboral, en la que se destacan avances en formalizaci\u00f3n, garant\u00edas para los trabajadores y condiciones de empleo digno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro firm\u00f3 el decreto 639 de 2025, mediante el cual se deroga la convocatoria a la consulta popular nacional que hab\u00eda sido anunciada para defender los derechos laborales.
