Durante el acto, el mandatario subray\u00f3 la importancia de elegir gobiernos que garanticen la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas normas y advirti\u00f3 sobre el riesgo de que queden en letra muerta, como ha sucedido \u2014seg\u00fan \u00e9l\u2014 con gran parte de la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nueva Ley Laboral, aprobada por el Congreso, busca fortalecer los derechos de los trabajadores, recuperar garant\u00edas perdidas e incorporar condiciones que dignifiquen el empleo. Petro calific\u00f3 esta norma como \u201chist\u00f3rica\u201d y cuestion\u00f3 a los empresarios y congresistas que intentaron frenar su aprobaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alando que sus esfuerzos fueron in\u00fatiles y que la justicia debe esclarecer posibles irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el ministro de Trabajo, Antonio Sanguino, destac\u00f3 que la reforma no solo protege al trabajador, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuye a consolidar el aparato productivo del pa\u00eds. En el mismo evento, el presidente sancion\u00f3 la nueva Ley de Salud Mental, orientada a garantizar atenci\u00f3n integral, oportuna y universal en salud psicosocial, sin distinci\u00f3n de edad, g\u00e9nero, condici\u00f3n social o territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Ley de Salud Mental contempla educaci\u00f3n emocional preventiva, provisi\u00f3n de servicios accesibles y humanos, fortalecimiento institucional, monitoreo estatal y mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en las pol\u00edticas del sector.
