Este proceso ser\u00e1 clave para definir c\u00f3mo se aplicar\u00e1n los cambios establecidos en la nueva normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El plan incluir\u00e1 la expedici\u00f3n de varios decretos reglamentarios que permitir\u00e1n poner en marcha, punto por punto, lo dispuesto en la reforma. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el ministro, estos decretos precisar\u00e1n los detalles sobre la entrada en vigor de cada medida contemplada en la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sanguino indic\u00f3 que uno de los objetivos es definir cu\u00e1les aspectos de la reforma requieren una implementaci\u00f3n inmediata y cu\u00e1les podr\u00e1n aplicarse de manera progresiva. Con esto, el Gobierno busca garantizar una transici\u00f3n ordenada y efectiva para empleadores y trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el ministro inform\u00f3 que se reforzar\u00e1 el control sobre el cumplimiento de la nueva normativa laboral.
