{"id":84855,"date":"2025-06-27T04:31:08","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T09:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=84855"},"modified":"2025-06-27T04:31:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T09:31:11","slug":"petro-le-responde-al-informe-de-la-onu-sobre-drogas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/petro-le-responde-al-informe-de-la-onu-sobre-drogas\/","title":{"rendered":"Petro le responde al informe de la ONU sobre drogas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente Gustavo Petro reaccion\u00f3 al <em>Informe Mundial sobre las Drogas 2024<\/em>, publicado por la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito (UNODC), que se\u00f1ala a Colombia como el pa\u00eds con mayor cantidad de cultivos de hoja de coca en el mundo, con 253.000 hect\u00e1reas, lo que representa el 67 % del total global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petro reconoci\u00f3 la gravedad de las cifras, pero se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el incremento en la producci\u00f3n no se debe \u00fanicamente a factores internos, sino al crecimiento del consumo en Europa. \u201cEso no es mucho, pero 253.000 s\u00ed lo son, porque representa m\u00e1s o menos el 60 % del total de cultivos. Ese es nuestro calvario\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el mandatario al referirse al aumento de 20.000 hect\u00e1reas durante 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El jefe de Estado explic\u00f3 que el factor m\u00e1s preocupante no es el n\u00famero de hect\u00e1reas, sino el aumento en la productividad, lo que ha disparado el potencial de producci\u00f3n de coca\u00edna. \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9, si son las mismas hect\u00e1reas, la producci\u00f3n sube tanto? Porque se duplic\u00f3 la productividad por hect\u00e1rea en Colombia\u201d, dijo Petro, a\u00f1adiendo que esto se debe a nuevas formas de siembra, semillas modificadas y el uso intensivo de fertilizantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el presidente critic\u00f3 la manera en que Europa ha abordado el tema del consumo, asegurando que no han asumido su responsabilidad en el crecimiento del narcotr\u00e1fico. En ese sentido, consider\u00f3 injusto que se responsabilice a Colombia del aumento en la producci\u00f3n cuando el problema es global y de m\u00faltiples causas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, Petro reiter\u00f3 su rechazo al uso de glifosato como m\u00e9todo de erradicaci\u00f3n, calific\u00e1ndolo como ineficaz y parte de un negocio. \u201cLa fumigaci\u00f3n no funciona. Si se usa glifosato, esa cosecha vuelve a nacer.
