{"id":84973,"date":"2025-06-30T15:22:50","date_gmt":"2025-06-30T20:22:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=84973"},"modified":"2025-06-30T15:22:52","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T20:22:52","slug":"denuncias-a-vicky-davila-y-alvaro-leyva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/denuncias-a-vicky-davila-y-alvaro-leyva\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncias a Vicky D\u00e1vila y \u00c1lvaro Leyva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El exalcalde de Medell\u00edn, <strong>Daniel Quintero Calle<\/strong>, interpuso una <strong>denuncia penal<\/strong> contra el excanciller <strong>\u00c1lvaro Leyva Dur\u00e1n<\/strong> y la periodista y precandidata presidencial <strong>Vicky D\u00e1vila<\/strong>, tras la publicaci\u00f3n de una serie de audios por parte del diario <em>El Pa\u00eds<\/em>, en los que se hablar\u00eda de un supuesto plan para desestabilizar el gobierno del presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quintero calific\u00f3 el contenido de las grabaciones como \u201c<strong>escalofriante<\/strong>\u201d y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en ellas Leyva har\u00eda referencia a <strong>alianzas con grupos armados ilegales<\/strong> como el <strong>ELN<\/strong> y el <strong>Clan del Golfo<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a pol\u00edticos extranjeros, para impulsar un eventual golpe contra el jefe de Estado. \u201cLeyva habla de tumbar al presidente Petro con apoyo del ELN, del Clan del Golfo y pol\u00edticos extranjeros. Nombra a Vicky D\u00e1vila como su interlocutora perfecta\u201d, escribi\u00f3 en sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exmandatario tambi\u00e9n relacion\u00f3 el contenido de los audios con el <strong>atentado que sufri\u00f3 el senador Miguel Uribe Turbay<\/strong> hace tres semanas, insinuando que podr\u00eda haber v\u00ednculos entre lo revelado y el ataque armado contra el congresista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su denuncia, Quintero pidi\u00f3 a las autoridades investigar a los implicados por los posibles delitos de <strong>traici\u00f3n a la patria, sedici\u00f3n, concierto para delinquir, terrorismo y tentativa de homicidio agravado<\/strong>. \u201cLa democracia se defiende. Colombia no se rinde ante la violencia y la conspiraci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento, <strong>ni \u00c1lvaro Leyva ni Vicky D\u00e1vila<\/strong> han respondido p\u00fablicamente a las acusaciones. Tampoco se ha confirmado si la Fiscal\u00eda ha iniciado una investigaci\u00f3n formal con base en la denuncia presentada por Quintero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
