La denuncia fue presentada por el abogado Alejandro Carranza y se basa en cartas y audios en los que Leyva habr\u00eda acusado al mandatario de supuestas adicciones y en los que se hablar\u00eda de un plan para desestabilizar al Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta denuncia se suma a una indagaci\u00f3n preliminar que ya hab\u00eda sido abierta por la Fiscal\u00eda hace dos meses, tras una conversaci\u00f3n entre el presidente Petro y la fiscal general, Luz Adriana Camargo. El caso incluye elementos que podr\u00edan comprometer a un exfuncionario del actual Gobierno, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 la funcionaria en un comunicado reciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fiscal Camargo detall\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3 un audio entre particulares que dar\u00eda cuenta de presuntos actos conspirativos contra el presidente, en presencia del director especializado contra la corrupci\u00f3n. Este material se encuentra bajo reserva legal y hace parte del proceso que busca determinar la veracidad de las acusaciones y los posibles responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las pruebas anexadas a la investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n las solicitudes de la vicepresidenta Francia M\u00e1rquez y reportajes de prensa, como los publicados por el diario <em>El Pa\u00eds<\/em> en junio, que divulgaron audios de supuestas conversaciones entre Leyva y funcionarios del Gobierno de Estados Unidos.
