La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal de Neiva activ\u00f3 una respuesta inmediata ante la emergencia provocada por el incremento del nivel del r\u00edo Magdalena, articulando esfuerzos con organismos de socorro y las secretar\u00edas de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo, Salud, Mujer, Infancia y Adolescencia, y Medio Ambiente. Las acciones se concentraron especialmente en el asentamiento Ceibita, del barrio Guillermo Plazas Alcid, donde se evacuaron varias familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un total de 11 familias fueron trasladadas al albergue temporal instalado en el parque La Rebeca, donde se les ha brindado ayuda humanitaria que incluye hidrataci\u00f3n, colchonetas, toldillos, kits de aseo, atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, valoraci\u00f3n veterinaria y actividades l\u00fadicas para ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as. El espacio fue adecuado para alojar a las personas y guardar sus pertenencias, garantizando su seguridad durante las lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jefa de la Oficina de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo y Desastres, Mar\u00eda Amelia Monroy Orteg\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que desde el inicio de la emergencia se activaron protocolos de evacuaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n, priorizando un entorno seguro para las familias. Adem\u00e1s, recomend\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda no acercarse a zonas de riesgo, reportar novedades y mantenerse informada a trav\u00e9s de canales oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la secretaria de la Mujer, Infancia y Desarrollo Social, Clara Eugenia Pe\u00f1a Perdomo, destac\u00f3 que se han creado espacios recreativos para los ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores en el albergue, con el fin de proteger sus derechos y bienestar en medio de la emergencia. Estas actividades se desarrollan con el acompa\u00f1amiento de programas sociales liderados por la gestora social del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gloria Trujillo Vargas, habitante de Ceibita Baja, agradeci\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n recibida por parte de la Alcald\u00eda, la Cruz Roja y dem\u00e1s entidades, resaltando el apoyo oportuno y el cuidado a ni\u00f1os y mascotas.
