La iniciativa, liderada por el Ministerio de Agricultura y el ICBF, busca fortalecer la producci\u00f3n nacional y priorizar a los peque\u00f1os productores rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta alianza interinstitucional responde a la directriz del presidente Gustavo Petro de utilizar las compras p\u00fablicas como herramienta para dinamizar la econom\u00eda del campo. Seg\u00fan la viceministra Geidy Ortega, la medida garantiza el derecho humano a la alimentaci\u00f3n, genera empleo y promueve el desarrollo de comunidades rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora del ICBF, Astrid C\u00e1ceres, destac\u00f3 que el arroz que se distribuir\u00e1 a ni\u00f1os y familias ser\u00e1 \u201c100 % colombiano, cultivado con manos campesinas\u201d, superando el m\u00ednimo legal del 30 % exigido en compras p\u00fablicas. Adem\u00e1s, el Ministerio de Agricultura confirm\u00f3 la disponibilidad suficiente del cereal proveniente de peque\u00f1os productores para cubrir esta demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arroz adquirido tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 utilizado como materia prima para la Bienestarina, el suplemento nutricional del ICBF. En este sentido, se destinar\u00e1n 270 toneladas de harina de arroz producida por organizaciones locales, fortaleciendo as\u00ed la cadena de valor agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida se complementa con otros apoyos al sector arrocero, como incentivos a la comercializaci\u00f3n y el acceso a insumos agropecuarios.
