La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, junto con la OIT, el Ministerio del Trabajo y la Red Mundial de J\u00f3venes, lanz\u00f3 oficialmente la convocatoria Emprendet\u00f3n Huila Grande 2025<\/strong>, un concurso que busca impulsar el emprendimiento juvenil. Las tres mejores iniciativas recibir\u00e1n premios de $10, $7 y $5 millones respectivamente, adem\u00e1s de acompa\u00f1amiento empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa est\u00e1 dirigida a j\u00f3venes entre 16 y 28 a\u00f1os de los 37 municipios del departamento. Los interesados deber\u00e1n postularse de forma individual o en equipo, presentando un video pitch de m\u00e1ximo dos minutos sobre una idea de negocio en \u00e1reas como turismo sostenible, agroindustria, energ\u00edas renovables, tecnolog\u00eda, econom\u00eda circular o artesan\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Jorge Andr\u00e9s Gechem, destac\u00f3 que se busca \u201cfomentar una cultura emprendedora con calidad, articulada con empresarios y academia, para generar empleo juvenil y desarrollo regional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proceso se desarrollar\u00e1 en cuatro etapas: inscripciones del 7 al 30 de julio; jornada de formaci\u00f3n empresarial el 2 de agosto; preselecci\u00f3n el 22 de agosto; y gran final con mentor\u00eda el 26 de agosto en Neiva. Los proyectos ser\u00e1n evaluados por su innovaci\u00f3n, viabilidad, sostenibilidad y capacidad de generar empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los 10 finalistas recibir\u00e1n mentor\u00eda por tres meses, y contar\u00e1n con el apoyo de expertos y empresarios como jurados, entre ellos \u00c1ngela Herrera (OIT), Mateo Monroy (MinTrabajo) y Juli\u00e1n Berr\u00edo (Sunny App).
