La Asamblea del Huila aprob\u00f3 en sesi\u00f3n plenaria un proyecto que permitir\u00e1 mejorar 902 viviendas urbanas y rurales en 10 municipios del departamento. La iniciativa contempla una adici\u00f3n presupuestal de $10.179 millones provenientes del Gobierno Nacional, como parte de un convenio con Fonvivienda y la Gobernaci\u00f3n, que suma una inversi\u00f3n total de $15.529 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los recursos ser\u00e1n distribuidos de la siguiente forma: $10.179 millones aportados por la Naci\u00f3n, $3.300 millones por el Gobierno Departamental y $1.800 millones por los municipios beneficiados: El Agrado, Altamira, Colombia, Garz\u00f3n, Guadalupe, Neiva, Pitalito, Tarqui, Teruel y Palermo. Las intervenciones incluir\u00e1n mejoramientos locativos y modulares en zonas urbanas y rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El diputado ponente Virgilio Huergo destac\u00f3 que el proyecto est\u00e1 alineado con las metas del Plan de Desarrollo Departamental y representa un avance en la atenci\u00f3n de necesidades b\u00e1sicas. Tambi\u00e9n hizo un llamado a extender estos esfuerzos a los municipios que no fueron incluidos en esta fase del programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Leandro C\u00f3rdoba, director de Fonvihuila, cada subsidio podr\u00e1 alcanzar hasta $15.600.000 para viviendas urbanas y $23.400.000 para rurales. Resalt\u00f3 que el convenio, identificado como Convenio 029 con el Ministerio de Vivienda, busca no solo mejorar la infraestructura, sino tambi\u00e9n dignificar la vida de las familias beneficiadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta y otras iniciativas recientes, como convenios adicionales por $18.000 millones, la inversi\u00f3n total en mejoramiento de vivienda en el Huila supera los $33.000 millones, consolidando el compromiso del Gobierno Departamental con la equidad social y territorial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
