Asegur\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n exige la realizaci\u00f3n de estos comicios cada cuatro a\u00f1os y que ya se est\u00e1n adelantando acciones junto a la Fuerza P\u00fablica para garantizar la seguridad en las zonas con mayores problemas de orden p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El registrador respondi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a los cuestionamientos recientes del presidente Gustavo Petro sobre la transparencia del proceso electoral. Penagos afirm\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n implementando medidas robustas para garantizar la integridad de las elecciones, como auditor\u00edas t\u00e9cnicas, digitalizaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n de actas electorales, adem\u00e1s de la incorporaci\u00f3n de herramientas de biometr\u00eda facial para prevenir suplantaciones de identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la log\u00edstica del proceso, Penagos explic\u00f3 el papel de la Uni\u00f3n Temporal Integraci\u00f3n Log\u00edstica Electoral 2026, de la que hace parte la empresa Thomas Greg &amp; Sons. Esta uni\u00f3n se encargar\u00e1 de la producci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n del material electoral, as\u00ed como de la inscripci\u00f3n de ciudadanos y la digitalizaci\u00f3n de los formularios E14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la misma uni\u00f3n temporal tendr\u00e1 a su cargo tareas clave como la organizaci\u00f3n del preconteo, el montaje de mesas de ayuda y la provisi\u00f3n de infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica.
