La norma, promovida por el Ministerio de Justicia en conjunto con la Corte Suprema y la Fiscal\u00eda General, recibi\u00f3 respaldo mayoritario en el Congreso y responde a la necesidad de combatir la congesti\u00f3n judicial y garantizar respuestas oportunas a los ciudadanos que acuden a la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ley introduce modificaciones a las leyes 599 de 2000, 906 de 2004 y 1121 de 2006, con el fin de actualizar el marco jur\u00eddico penal. Entre los principales cambios se incluye la implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos para la indemnizaci\u00f3n integral de las v\u00edctimas, fortaleciendo su papel central dentro de los procesos penales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro avance clave es el fortalecimiento del principio de oportunidad, que permite priorizar la investigaci\u00f3n de los delitos m\u00e1s graves y optimizar el uso de los recursos estatales. Tambi\u00e9n se introducen beneficios para quienes acepten cargos, lo que facilita la justicia restaurativa y acelera los procesos judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ley tambi\u00e9n contempla el uso de pruebas anticipadas para evitar retrasos en la recolecci\u00f3n de evidencias, lo que contribuir\u00e1 a hacer los procesos m\u00e1s eficaces. Con estas medidas, se espera una reducci\u00f3n significativa en los tiempos de resoluci\u00f3n de procesos penales, que pasar\u00edan de superar los diez a\u00f1os a resolverse en un plazo de uno a doce meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el Ministerio de Justicia resalt\u00f3 que la implementaci\u00f3n de esta ley tambi\u00e9n disminuir\u00e1 el n\u00famero de casos que prescriben por demoras procesales, lo que representa un avance importante en la lucha contra la impunidad y en la garant\u00eda de derechos para las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro sancion\u00f3 la Ley 2477 de 2025, que busca hacer m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y eficaz el sistema judicial colombiano.
