El mandatario indic\u00f3 que en los tres a\u00f1os de su mandato han pasado ministros que \u201cno saben cu\u00e1l es el programa de gobierno\u201d, lo que considera inadmisible a estas alturas de su administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro fue enf\u00e1tico en que en su \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de gobierno no seguir\u00e1 trabajando con funcionarios que desconozcan los objetivos trazados en campa\u00f1a. \u201cYo no puedo tener mi \u00faltimo a\u00f1o con gente que no sepa el programa de gobierno y no lo aplique. Sea del color pol\u00edtico que sea, el gobierno no puede permitir que se burle al pueblo\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de Estado record\u00f3 que el programa de gobierno es un mandato popular que debe respetarse por encima de cualquier inter\u00e9s o normativa. \u201cSiempre, aqu\u00ed, el mandato popular se respeta. Habl\u00f3 de un ambiente cargado de \u201cvenganza por doquier\u201d y advirti\u00f3 que estos conflictos han perjudicado la gesti\u00f3n, especialmente en el trato hacia las mujeres dentro de la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYo me paso el 80 % de mi tiempo en la Presidencia atendiendo los problemas de los conflictos entre las mujeres.
