{"id":85574,"date":"2025-07-17T04:08:30","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T09:08:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=85574"},"modified":"2025-07-17T04:08:31","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T09:08:31","slug":"se-viene-otra-reforma-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/se-viene-otra-reforma-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfSe viene otra reforma tributaria?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno nacional est\u00e1 preparando una reforma tributaria que podr\u00eda recaudar hasta 26 billones de pesos para financiar el presupuesto de 2026, aunque seg\u00fan se ha conocido, este proyecto a\u00fan se encuentra en fase de redacci\u00f3n y no ser\u00e1 presentado al Congreso este 20 de julio, como inicialmente se esperaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que s\u00ed est\u00e1 previsto es la radicaci\u00f3n a finales de julio del proyecto de ley del presupuesto general. Hasta ahora, no est\u00e1 claro si los recursos proyectados en la reforma tributaria ya est\u00e1n incluidos en el c\u00e1lculo del presupuesto que el ministro de Hacienda, Germ\u00e1n \u00c1vila, present\u00f3 ante el Consejo de Ministros. Esa propuesta contempla un presupuesto de 551,6 billones de pesos a precios corrientes para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque las cifras son preliminares y podr\u00edan ajustarse antes de la radicaci\u00f3n en el Congreso, se anticipa un severo recorte en el presupuesto de inversi\u00f3n de varios sectores clave. Vivienda, Agricultura, Educaci\u00f3n y Salud estar\u00edan entre los m\u00e1s afectados por las restricciones fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Particularmente en el sector de Vivienda, el recorte alcanzar\u00eda el 35% del presupuesto de inversi\u00f3n, que quedar\u00eda en 2,5 billones de pesos. Adem\u00e1s, la Registradur\u00eda solo recibir\u00eda 57.000 millones de pesos adicionales, pese a que en 2026 se celebrar\u00e1n elecciones presidenciales y legislativas, lo que demandar\u00e1 mayores recursos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contraste, el sector de inclusi\u00f3n y reconciliaci\u00f3n social tendr\u00eda un incremento significativo en su presupuesto.
