La advertencia fue hecha en entrevista con Blu Radio, basada en un estudio reciente elaborado por una firma de Medell\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Gait\u00e1n, el dato m\u00e1s preocupante es que la cartera vencida pas\u00f3 de representar el <strong>17 % al 38 %<\/strong> del total, lo que significa que <strong>casi cuatro de cada diez pesos adeudados no se est\u00e1n pagando a tiempo<\/strong>. Esto afecta especialmente a los <strong>gestores farmac\u00e9uticos<\/strong>, encargados de la distribuci\u00f3n de medicamentos en todo el pa\u00eds, quienes concentran aproximadamente el <strong>60 % de la cartera<\/strong> del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n es cr\u00edtica porque los vencimientos en las deudas con los gestores farmac\u00e9uticos se triplicaron, al pasar de <strong>18 % a 45 %<\/strong>, lo que compromete su <strong>operatividad y capacidad de abastecimiento<\/strong>. Actualmente, la recuperaci\u00f3n de cartera en el sector ya toma <strong>145 d\u00edas<\/strong>, un plazo que pone en riesgo la sostenibilidad de toda la cadena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gait\u00e1n explic\u00f3 que el problema de fondo radica en la <strong>falta de trazabilidad en el flujo de recursos<\/strong>, desde el sistema p\u00fablico hasta los gestores e industria farmac\u00e9utica. \u201cCuando uno consulta la Adres, no puede identificar claramente el proceso de giro de los recursos p\u00fablicos hacia los gestores y la industria\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el presidente de Afidro hizo un llamado urgente al Gobierno y a los actores del sistema de salud para <strong>reactivar el di\u00e1logo<\/strong> y <strong>movilizar los recursos necesarios<\/strong>, con el fin de evitar una crisis mayor.
