Se trata de la abogada huilense Brenda Daniela Pardo Osorio, quien fue elegida tras una convocatoria p\u00fablica y transparente realizada a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de empleo del SENA. La posesi\u00f3n oficial se llev\u00f3 a cabo este martes en el recinto del Concejo de Neiva, durante la sexta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Consejo Municipal de Juventud (CMJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pardo, de 26 a\u00f1os, es egresada de la Universidad Surcolombiana y cuenta con experiencia en el sector p\u00fablico como inspectora de Polic\u00eda en Paicol, cargo al que accedi\u00f3 por m\u00e9ritos mediante la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Servicio Civil. Tambi\u00e9n ha trabajado como abogada en entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas, con formaci\u00f3n en derecho administrativo, procesos policivos y atenci\u00f3n al ciudadano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su vida acad\u00e9mica fue representante estudiantil y voluntaria de la ONG AIESEC, donde fortaleci\u00f3 sus habilidades sociales y apoy\u00f3 iniciativas de acceso a la justicia para poblaciones vulnerables. Su trayectoria fue uno de los factores clave para ser seleccionada en un proceso que buscaba a una mujer menor de 28 a\u00f1os, graduada en Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl proceso se desarroll\u00f3 con criterios claros, buscando talento joven, femenino y local\u201d, destac\u00f3 el alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua, quien defendi\u00f3 la transparencia de la convocatoria. Por su parte, la nueva secretaria afirm\u00f3 que \u201ccomo creyente de los concursos de m\u00e9rito, me inscrib\u00ed confiando en mis capacidades y compromiso con lo p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el SENA, entidad encargada de la convocatoria, se resalt\u00f3 la rigurosidad del proceso. Seg\u00fan Faiver Quiroga, coordinador regional de la Agencia P\u00fablica de Empleo, la vacante fue publicada desde marzo y el procedimiento cumpli\u00f3 con todas las etapas para garantizar equidad.
