No obstante, los bloqueos viales se mantienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gremio advirti\u00f3 que a\u00fan no hay garant\u00edas plenas para los productores, ya que falta la aprobaci\u00f3n formal por parte de las industrias y la firma de un acta que ratifique los compromisos alcanzados. \u201cSi el agricultor no tiene esas garant\u00edas, no se van a levantar las v\u00edas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Carlos Rojas, vocero del paro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento con los acuerdos deber\u00e1 ser entregado a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), tras su revisi\u00f3n por los l\u00edderes del movimiento. Solo si se confirma que el contenido cumple lo pactado, se empezar\u00eda a considerar una desmovilizaci\u00f3n gradual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para este jueves 24 de julio se program\u00f3 una nueva mesa t\u00e9cnica entre el Gobierno y el Comit\u00e9 Nacional de Paro Arrocero. All\u00ed se espera definir los mecanismos de compensaci\u00f3n para los agricultores que no fueron incluidos en resoluciones anteriores y zanjar los puntos pendientes desde marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acta de compromiso y la resoluci\u00f3n en la SIC deber\u00edan estar listas antes del mediod\u00eda.
