El congresista pidi\u00f3 claridad sobre el marco legal y el cartograma pactado, as\u00ed como los posibles riesgos que este convenio podr\u00eda representar para Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echeverry cuestion\u00f3 que se firme un tratado binacional con un gobierno \u201cileg\u00edtimamente elegido\u201d como el de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es necesario conocer las implicaciones sociales, culturales, pol\u00edticas y econ\u00f3micas de este acuerdo y el grado de responsabilidad que asumir\u00eda Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde otros sectores tambi\u00e9n hubo cr\u00edticas. La senadora del Centro Democr\u00e1tico, Paloma Valencia, advirti\u00f3 que el pacto otorgar\u00eda incidencia al r\u00e9gimen de Maduro sobre el territorio colombiano, lo que consider\u00f3 inaceptable. Adem\u00e1s, lo acus\u00f3 de tener v\u00ednculos con grupos guerrilleros y el narcotr\u00e1fico, e inst\u00f3 al Gobierno a reaccionar \u201ccon energ\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el representante del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, Alejandro Toro, defendi\u00f3 el acuerdo, calific\u00e1ndolo como una gran noticia para las comunidades fronterizas. Aclar\u00f3 que este convenio no incluye temas militares, sino que busca fortalecer el comercio, el transporte y la energ\u00eda en departamentos como Norte de Santander y La Guajira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el representante Jos\u00e9 Jaime Usc\u00e1tegui, del Centro Democr\u00e1tico, envi\u00f3 una carta al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica solicitando convocar a la Comisi\u00f3n Asesora de Relaciones Exteriores para evaluar la viabilidad del acuerdo.
