Entre los puntos destacados, se establece que los contratos de aprendizaje podr\u00e1n firmarse hasta por tres a\u00f1os y que los estudiantes universitarios deber\u00e1n recibir un apoyo de sostenimiento de al menos un salario m\u00ednimo mensual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa tambi\u00e9n reconoce a los aprendices del Sena el derecho de asociaci\u00f3n sindical, huelga y negociaci\u00f3n colectiva. En la etapa lectiva recibir\u00e1n un apoyo de sostenimiento equivalente al 75% del salario m\u00ednimo, mientras que las empresas asumir\u00e1n el pago de salud y pensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez los aprendices pasen a la etapa pr\u00e1ctica, deber\u00e1n recibir un salario m\u00ednimo completo, aunque con los respectivos descuentos de salud y pensi\u00f3n como cualquier trabajador. Adem\u00e1s, a partir del 25 de julio de 2025 se gener\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n de pagarles primas, cesant\u00edas, vacaciones y caja de compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La circular aclara que la reforma laboral aplica incluso para quienes ya eran aprendices del Sena el d\u00eda en que se sancion\u00f3 la ley, pero las prestaciones laborales solo comenzar\u00e1n a regir a partir de esa fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el Ministerio indic\u00f3 que los estudiantes universitarios podr\u00e1n estar bajo contrato de aprendizaje si cumplen 24 horas semanales en la empresa y desarrollan simult\u00e1neamente su plan de estudios.
