La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva defini\u00f3 una serie de medidas estrat\u00e9gicas para proteger la vida y la integridad de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes, tras la realizaci\u00f3n de un consejo de seguridad liderado por el alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla. Entre las acciones m\u00e1s relevantes se encuentra la implementaci\u00f3n de un toque de queda en zonas priorizadas de la ciudad y el fortalecimiento de una estrategia integral de prevenci\u00f3n social del delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al consejo de seguridad asistieron entidades como la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, la Direcci\u00f3n de Convivencia y Seguridad, la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, el Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, la Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana, Migraci\u00f3n Colombia, la Unidad Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n y el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar. Este trabajo interinstitucional busca articular acciones de control con oportunidades de desarrollo para los menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La estrategia integral contempla el fortalecimiento del tejido social en las comunas priorizadas mediante actividades como campeonatos deportivos, recuperaci\u00f3n de escenarios recreativos, fortalecimiento de escuelas de formaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica y deportiva, y el desarrollo de programas como \u201cJ\u00f3venes en Paz y Amor por Neiva\u201d, que incluir\u00e1 capacitaciones, plan desarme y generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades para los adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El toque de queda para menores de edad, que entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1 de septiembre de 2025, regir\u00e1 inicialmente por seis meses entre las 9:00 p.m. y las 5:00 a.m. en las comunas 6, 8, 9 y 10 de la ciudad. Antes de su implementaci\u00f3n, se desarrollar\u00e1n mesas t\u00e9cnicas interinstitucionales para definir roles y procedimientos que garanticen su adecuada aplicaci\u00f3n, con evaluaciones mensuales de su impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, se incrementar\u00e1n los operativos de control y la presencia policial y militar en las comunas priorizadas, con el despliegue de especialidades policiales, el Batall\u00f3n de Fuerzas Urbanas y el escuadr\u00f3n motorizado del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional. Con estas acciones, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal y los organismos de seguridad reafirman su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n integral de la ni\u00f1ez y la adolescencia en Neiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
