De este monto, $26,3 billones son recursos contingentes sujetos a la aprobaci\u00f3n de la pr\u00f3xima reforma tributaria que ser\u00e1 presentada al Congreso a finales de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro, a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta en X, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, ante la reducci\u00f3n de ayudas de Estados Unidos, el pa\u00eds debe aumentar la base tributaria de los sectores m\u00e1s ricos. \u201cSu riqueza, crecida sustancialmente en mi Gobierno, debe contribuir de manera importante a disminuir el d\u00e9ficit fiscal\u201d, escribi\u00f3, advirtiendo que estos sectores controlan la prensa y el financiamiento pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el ministro de Hacienda, Germ\u00e1n \u00c1vila Plazas, explic\u00f3 que el presupuesto est\u00e1 orientado a la consolidaci\u00f3n fiscal con enfoque en el desarrollo, priorizando la inversi\u00f3n y la eficiencia del gasto. Indic\u00f3 que el monto es consistente con la activaci\u00f3n de la cl\u00e1usula de escape de la regla fiscal y el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo (MFMP) 2025, en cumplimiento de la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto mantiene el mismo porcentaje del PIB que el PGN 2025 (28,9%) y proyecta una reducci\u00f3n de la deuda p\u00fablica. Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Hacienda, la deuda, que actualmente es de $102 billones (5,3% del PIB), disminuir\u00eda en $10,2 billones respecto a 2025 gracias a menores pagos de intereses producto de operaciones en los mercados financieros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la radicaci\u00f3n del PGN, el Gobierno busca asegurar la estabilidad macroecon\u00f3mica mientras avanza en la discusi\u00f3n de la reforma tributaria.
