El proceso se adelanta ante un juez especializado en la Ley de Infancia y Adolescencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El adolescente fue imputado por tentativa de homicidio agravado y porte ilegal de armas de fuego, cargos que acept\u00f3 durante la audiencia realizada en reserva. El ataque ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 7 de junio durante un evento pol\u00edtico en el barrio Modelia, en Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, alias \u2018Tianz\u2019 utiliz\u00f3 una pistola Glock 9 mil\u00edmetros modificada para disparar en r\u00e1faga. Un escolta del senador relat\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda que respondi\u00f3 con su arma tras ser atacado por el joven mientras lo persegu\u00eda tras el atentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el expediente tambi\u00e9n figura el testimonio de alias \u2018Gabriela\u2019, capturada en Caquet\u00e1, quien revel\u00f3 que alias \u2018El Coste\u00f1o\u2019, cabecilla de la estructura criminal, pretend\u00eda asesinar al menor luego del ataque para silenciarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del menor, ya han sido capturadas otras cinco personas involucradas en la ejecuci\u00f3n del atentado: Cristian Camilo Gonz\u00e1lez Ardila, Katherine Andrea Mart\u00ednez (alias Gabriela), Carlos Eduardo Mora, William Fernando Gonz\u00e1lez Cruz (alias El Hermano) y Elder Jos\u00e9 Arteaga Hern\u00e1ndez (alias El Coste\u00f1o), se\u00f1alado como l\u00edder de la red criminal responsable del ataque.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n present\u00f3 formalmente la acusaci\u00f3n contra un menor de 15 a\u00f1os, conocido como alias \u2018Tianz\u2019, por el atentado sicarial contra el senador y precandidato presidencial Miguel Uribe Turbay.
