El sue\u00f1o de tener vivienda propia est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca para las 196 familias beneficiarias del proyecto Bosques de la Rebeca, que avanza a buen ritmo en su construcci\u00f3n. Este conjunto residencial se ha convertido en una de las apuestas m\u00e1s importantes de vivienda en Neiva, gracias a su ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y condiciones de financiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Torre 1 del proyecto presenta un avance del 61,65%, mientras que la Torre 2 alcanza un 39,37%. En conjunto, el desarrollo urban\u00edstico ya supera el 36%, lo que representa un progreso significativo en el cronograma establecido por las entidades responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los nuevos propietarios accedieron a subsidios otorgados por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, que aport\u00f3 $2.420 millones, distribuidos en apoyos de $12.347.000 por familia. A su vez, la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila contribuye con $2.352 millones en efectivo y $2.563 millones en especie, mediante la entrega del lote donde se construye el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstamos en un nuevo comit\u00e9 de obra del proyecto Bosques de la Rebeca, en articulaci\u00f3n con la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila. Es un proyecto muy importante de ciudad, ubicado entre Aguas del Huila y el Parque de los Ni\u00f1os. A las familias que adquirieron su apartamento, les contamos que el avance va muy bien\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Marwin Victoria, secretario de Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa contempla la construcci\u00f3n de 196 apartamentos distribuidos en varias torres, con zonas sociales y facilidades que mejoran la calidad de vida de sus futuros residentes. Todo esto ha contribuido al \u00e9xito en su ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
