La mandataria record\u00f3 que este derecho est\u00e1 respaldado por el Tratado de 1922 y el Protocolo de R\u00edo de Janeiro de 1934, documentos que fijan los l\u00edmites fronterizos y ratifican la jurisdicci\u00f3n peruana sobre el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boluarte fue enf\u00e1tica al se\u00f1alar que \u201cno hay nada pendiente que tratar con Colombia\u201d, y sostuvo que Santa Rosa forma parte del Per\u00fa \u201cdesde hace m\u00e1s de un siglo\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la convivencia pac\u00edfica y fraterna entre los habitantes peruanos de la isla y los ciudadanos colombianos de Leticia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jefa de Estado agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo de las instituciones pol\u00edticas y de la sociedad civil que se han pronunciado en defensa de la soberan\u00eda nacional. Seg\u00fan dijo, este apoyo refleja el compromiso colectivo con la integridad territorial del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, la presidenta asegur\u00f3 que la poblaci\u00f3n de Santa Rosa \u201cas\u00ed lo siente en sus corazones\u201d y que el Estado continuar\u00e1 ejerciendo su autoridad plena en la zona. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la presencia estatal y la gesti\u00f3n de los recursos en el \u00e1rea est\u00e1n garantizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Boluarte pidi\u00f3 a los ciudadanos \u201cmantener la calma y la convicci\u00f3n de defender nuestra soberan\u00eda y nuestra democracia\u201d, descartando que haya motivos para sobresaltos o tensiones.
