{"id":86502,"date":"2025-08-09T04:52:22","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T09:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=86502"},"modified":"2025-08-09T04:52:23","modified_gmt":"2025-08-09T09:52:23","slug":"importante-inversion-en-pro-de-reducir-el-deficit-habitacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/importante-inversion-en-pro-de-reducir-el-deficit-habitacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Importante inversi\u00f3n en pro de reducir el d\u00e9ficit habitacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, ha avanzado en el cierre de brechas territoriales y en la consolidaci\u00f3n de la justicia social y ambiental mediante programas de acceso al agua potable, saneamiento b\u00e1sico, soluciones habitacionales, vivienda rural y fortalecimiento comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2022 y 2024, el d\u00e9ficit habitacional se redujo 3,6 puntos porcentuales, pasando del 30,4% al 26,8%, beneficiando a 343 mil hogares en zonas hist\u00f3ricamente olvidadas. Se han entregado 43.373 mejoramientos de vivienda y se ejecutan m\u00e1s de 82.000 en 484 municipios, con una inversi\u00f3n de 1,9 billones de pesos, impactando a m\u00e1s de 407 mil personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vivienda rural, la inversi\u00f3n supera los 660 mil millones de pesos en 317 municipios de 29 departamentos, con la entrega de 4.497 viviendas nuevas a 18 mil beneficiarios, entre ellos v\u00edctimas, campesinos, ind\u00edgenas y firmantes del Acuerdo de Paz. Adem\u00e1s, se han otorgado 211.602 t\u00edtulos de propiedad a 846.408 personas, y 226.735 subsidios de vivienda que han favorecido a m\u00e1s de 900 mil ciudadanos, con una inversi\u00f3n superior a 3,9 billones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia de agua y saneamiento b\u00e1sico, 1,6 millones de personas accedieron por primera vez a agua potable y 1,3 millones a alcantarillado, gracias a una inversi\u00f3n de 4,3 billones de pesos en 188 proyectos terminados y 274 en ejecuci\u00f3n en municipios PDET y otras zonas priorizadas de 27 departamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio tambi\u00e9n ha fortalecido el trabajo de las organizaciones sociales.
