establecimientos de venta de licor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En un operativo liderado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Justicia de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Grupo de Medidas Correctivas de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, se realiz\u00f3 una jornada nocturna de inspecci\u00f3n, vigilancia y control en establecimientos de venta de licor ubicados en las comunas 1, 4 y 6 de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, fueron verificados bares, estancos y puntos de venta de granizados, con el objetivo de hacer cumplir las disposiciones legales en materia de orden p\u00fablico, seguridad y convivencia ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado, se orden\u00f3 el cierre de tres establecimientos por diversas infracciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Billar ubicado en el barrio C\u00e1ndido: cierre definitivo por un proceso policivo en curso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estanco en la carrera 5: cierre temporal por permitir el ingreso de menores de edad y permitir el consumo de licor dentro del mismo establecimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bar operando fuera del horario permitido: cierre temporal por funcionamiento despu\u00e9s de las 2:00 a.\u202fm., incumpliendo el Decreto 082 del 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos cierres se realizaron con base en lo establecido por la Ley 1801 de 2016 \u2013 C\u00f3digo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana, la cual establece requisitos y obligaciones para establecimientos abiertos al p\u00fablico como uso del suelo, matr\u00edcula mercantil, comunicaci\u00f3n de apertura, p\u00f3liza de responsabilidad civil
