Seis de ellas estar\u00e1n operando antes de noviembre de este a\u00f1o y las otras dos antes de marzo de 2026, lo que permitir\u00e1 mantener el control sobre el 75 % del \u00e1rea navegable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan de refuerzo tambi\u00e9n contempla la llegada de 14 investigadores judiciales, 30 hombres adicionales para el Gaula Militar y 473 polic\u00edas, con la proyecci\u00f3n de sumar 86 uniformados m\u00e1s en noviembre. Estas acciones se enmarcan en una estrategia integral de fortalecimiento de la seguridad fluvial y terrestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, el ministro S\u00e1nchez Su\u00e1rez inform\u00f3 que las Autodefensas Conquistadoras de la Sierra Nevada fueron declaradas como grupo armado organizado (GAO), lo que habilita el uso de toda la fuerza leg\u00edtima del Estado. Asimismo, ratific\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 la ofensiva contra el ELN, las disidencias de las extintas Farc y el Clan del Golfo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El esfuerzo ser\u00e1 complementado con una inversi\u00f3n de 30.000 millones de pesos por parte de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Cesar, destinados a la adquisici\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos, drones, patrullas fluviales, software y equipos para la Fuerza P\u00fablica y la Fiscal\u00eda, con el fin de fortalecer el control territorial en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el Gobierno nacional hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para denunciar y prevenir el reclutamiento de menores en la zona, subrayando la importancia de la articulaci\u00f3n entre todos los niveles del Estado y la colaboraci\u00f3n de la comunidad en las acciones de seguridad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro de Defensa anunci\u00f3 que ocho nuevas patrulleras fluviales se sumar\u00e1n a las labores de control en el r\u00edo Magdalena y sus afluentes, en lo que calific\u00f3 como \u201cel incremento m\u00e1s alto que ha habido en control fluvial\u201d.
