La Asamblea Departamental del Huila aprob\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n superior a $32 mil millones<\/strong> para fortalecer la infraestructura vial y el acceso a vivienda digna en el departamento. La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 durante el tercer d\u00eda de sesiones extraordinarias y busca mejorar la conectividad en zonas estrat\u00e9gicas y beneficiar a cientos de familias huilenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El primer proyecto, liderado por la Secretar\u00eda de V\u00edas e Infraestructura, contempla dos obras fundamentales con una inversi\u00f3n cercana a $31 mil millones, financiados con recursos de cr\u00e9dito autorizados por la Ordenanza 05 de 2025. Se pavimentar\u00e1n 4 kil\u00f3metros en la segunda etapa de la v\u00eda \u00cdquira\u2013Yaguar\u00e1 y 5,8 kil\u00f3metros entre el cruce de Saladoblanco y el casco urbano de Oporapa, una soluci\u00f3n esperada por a\u00f1os para mejorar el acceso y las condiciones de movilidad en estas regiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El secretario de V\u00edas e Infraestructura, Andr\u00e9s Camilo Cabrera, asegur\u00f3 que los proyectos est\u00e1n listos para iniciar su contrataci\u00f3n, con adjudicaci\u00f3n prevista para octubre y ejecuci\u00f3n antes de finalizar el a\u00f1o. \u201cCon estas inversiones garantizamos accesibilidad, mejor conectividad y justicia territorial para comunidades que por a\u00f1os han enfrentado el abandono vial\u201d, destac\u00f3. La financiaci\u00f3n se respalda en indicadores financieros s\u00f3lidos, seg\u00fan la secretaria de Hacienda, Diana Patricia Sierra, quien confirm\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito global autorizado es de hasta $90 mil millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El segundo proyecto aprobado corresponde a Fonvihuila<\/strong>, con una adici\u00f3n presupuestal de $1.000 millones para financiar el proyecto de vivienda \u201cVillalabra\u201d en Yaguar\u00e1, que beneficiar\u00e1 a 100 familias. Su director, Leandro C\u00f3rdoba, resalt\u00f3 que el acceso a la vivienda es una prioridad y que este plan se suma a otras iniciativas en marcha en municipios como Altamira, Rivera, Palermo, \u00cdquira, La Plata y Neiva, con un enfoque integral en zonas urbanas y rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, la Asamblea del Huila avanza en el cumplimiento de sus metas estrat\u00e9gicas en infraestructura y vivienda, fortaleciendo la articulaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno Departamental y los municipios.
