La cita reunir\u00e1 delegaciones de distintos departamentos del pa\u00eds y conferencistas internacionales para promover el turismo, intercambiar experiencias y fortalecer estrategias que impulsen el sector en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo, Jorge Andr\u00e9s Gechem Artunduaga, este encuentro consolida al Huila como escenario de grandes eventos tur\u00edsticos internacionales. Record\u00f3 que en 2024 el departamento fue sede del IX Encuentro Internacional de Turismo Rural, que por primera vez se realizaba en Colombia, y que este a\u00f1o se ratifica esa proyecci\u00f3n con un nuevo certamen de talla mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se prev\u00e9 la llegada de unos 150 visitantes, lo que significar\u00e1 un impulso para sectores como el hospedaje, transporte, gastronom\u00eda y comercio. Adem\u00e1s, el evento permitir\u00e1 mostrar la riqueza cultural y natural del Huila, as\u00ed como su potencial tur\u00edstico y ambiental, a trav\u00e9s de visitas de campo a Villavieja y al corregimiento de San Luis, en la Reserva Natural Yaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La agenda acad\u00e9mica incluir\u00e1 ponencias sobre turismo sostenible como motor de bienestar econ\u00f3mico, preservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio natural y cultural, y fortalecimiento de capacidades locales.
