Se trata de Distribuidora Hospitalaria de C\u00facuta SAS, Fabilu SAS y Fabisalud IPS SAS, sancionadas con un total de $5.763,4 millones por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones de la SIC establecieron que Distribuidora Hospitalaria de C\u00facuta SAS, entre octubre de 2022 y junio de 2023, comercializ\u00f3 47 medicamentos con precios por encima de los m\u00e1ximos legales, con incrementos que oscilaron entre 1,24% y 7.000,93%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso de Fabilu SAS, entre enero y diciembre de 2023 se registr\u00f3 la venta de nueve medicamentos a una Empresa Social del Estado con sobrecostos de entre 3,5% y 164,7%. Adem\u00e1s, en su calidad de propietaria de la IPS Cl\u00ednica Colombia ES de Cali, comercializ\u00f3 diez medicamentos con incrementos de hasta 2.175%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Fabisalud IPS SAS, propietaria de la Cl\u00ednica Cristo Rey de Cali, entre enero y diciembre de 2023 vendi\u00f3 cuatro medicamentos con sobrecostos que variaron entre 0,09% y 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La SIC record\u00f3 que estas sanciones de primera instancia son apelables, pero reiter\u00f3 que el control directo de precios busca proteger los derechos de los pacientes, garantizar el acceso a tratamientos esenciales y preservar la sostenibilidad financiera del sistema de salud en Colombia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro denunci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta en X la existencia de sobrecostos de hasta 7.000% en medicamentos, se\u00f1alando que tres sociedades mayoristas son responsables de afectar a pacientes y al sistema de salud.
