Estos recursos son claves para respaldar el <strong>Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n 2026<\/strong>, estimado en <strong>$557 billones<\/strong>, y garantizar su sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro de Hacienda, <strong>Germ\u00e1n \u00c1vila<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa est\u00e1 orientada a fortalecer la estabilidad fiscal y, al mismo tiempo, proteger el gasto social. La meta, dijo, es asegurar la financiaci\u00f3n de programas prioritarios y la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las medidas propuestas se encuentran el aumento en la progresividad de los impuestos a la renta y al patrimonio, ajustes en el IVA para bienes consumidos por los hogares de mayores ingresos, nuevos grav\u00e1menes al consumo de licores y tabaco, y el fortalecimiento de los tributos verdes y saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la reforma llega en un escenario pol\u00edtico complejo. El Congreso atraviesa un a\u00f1o electoral y la coalici\u00f3n oficialista deber\u00e1 sortear resistencias para lograr la aprobaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El recaudo de <strong>$26,3 billones<\/strong> representa un <strong>4,7 % del presupuesto total<\/strong>, y ser\u00e1 determinante para cubrir el d\u00e9ficit fiscal.
