La cartera reconoci\u00f3 que varios f\u00e1rmacos est\u00e1n en lista de <em>vital no disponible<\/em>, lo que habilita su importaci\u00f3n inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre ellos se encuentran la lidoca\u00edna, metoprolol tartrato, noradrenalina, midazolam, remifentanilo, amiodarona, azul de metileno y vasopresina. Sobre este \u00faltimo, el ministerio explic\u00f3 que ya se autoriz\u00f3 su importaci\u00f3n y se espera contar con 3.700 cajas en el pa\u00eds la pr\u00f3xima semana. Tambi\u00e9n se realizan gestiones para fortalecer la llegada de n-acetilciste\u00edna y fentanilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los reportes de disponibilidad muestran situaciones dispares. En el caso de la norepinefrina, la producci\u00f3n actual de 120.000 ampollas mensuales no alcanza a cubrir la demanda, mientras que para el azul de metileno se prev\u00e9 disponibilidad de 8.000 unidades a partir del 10 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abastecimiento de otros f\u00e1rmacos presenta un panorama m\u00e1s favorable: Vitalis inform\u00f3 la entrega de 360.000 unidades de furosemida este mes, y Proclin asegur\u00f3 4.500 unidades mensuales de milrinona hasta noviembre, con un refuerzo de 13.000 en diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto al fentanilo, el laboratorio Biosano confirm\u00f3 que existen existencias suficientes hasta finales de 2025, mientras que para la acetilciste\u00edna, el Invima autoriz\u00f3 un nuevo fabricante que iniciar\u00e1 su producci\u00f3n en septiembre, con lo que se espera regularizar su suministro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Salud inform\u00f3 que, tras una mesa de trabajo con representantes del sector farmac\u00e9utico, se tomaron medidas para garantizar el acceso a medicamentos cr\u00edticos usados en hospitales y unidades de cuidados intensivos.
