Durante este tiempo se debatir\u00e1n tres proyectos de ordenanza que comprometen vigencias futuras por m\u00e1s de 37 mil millones de pesos, con el objetivo de asegurar la financiaci\u00f3n de iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas para el desarrollo regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La instalaci\u00f3n oficial de estas sesiones se llevar\u00e1 a cabo este jueves 4 de septiembre, a las 2:00 p.m., en la sede de la corporaci\u00f3n. La convocatoria se hace en el marco de lo dispuesto en la Constituci\u00f3n, la Ley 2200 de 2022 y el Reglamento Interno de la Asamblea, que facultan al Gobernador para citar a los diputados de manera extraordinaria, limitando la agenda exclusivamente a los temas se\u00f1alados en el decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los tres proyectos a estudio buscan garantizar planeaci\u00f3n de largo plazo y la continuidad de inversiones en infraestructura. El primero autoriza vigencias futuras ordinarias del 2026 para fortalecer la capacidad del Departamento Administrativo de Planeaci\u00f3n, con el fin de mejorar la formulaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de proyectos regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El segundo est\u00e1 enfocado en la contrataci\u00f3n de obras viales por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de V\u00edas e Infraestructura, lo que permitir\u00e1 avanzar en megaproyectos que mejoren la conectividad, impulsen la econom\u00eda local y acerquen a las comunidades rurales a servicios b\u00e1sicos. El tercero compromete recursos del primer semestre de 2026 para esta misma secretar\u00eda, con el fin de evitar interrupciones administrativas en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta agenda, el Gobierno Departamental busca consolidar una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica eficiente y sostenible, basada en planeaci\u00f3n y en la inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura.
