As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 Gabriel Vallejo, director del Centro Democr\u00e1tico, al anunciar que el exmandatario ocupar\u00e1 el puesto n\u00famero 25 en la lista cerrada al Senado que prepara el partido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSi los temas judiciales se lo permiten, el presidente \u00c1lvaro Uribe ser\u00e1 el n\u00famero 25 en la lista. Ese es el \u00fanico que tenemos definido ya\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Vallejo, quien recalc\u00f3 que la meta del movimiento es obtener al menos 25 curules en la pr\u00f3xima contienda electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director explic\u00f3 que la conformaci\u00f3n de la lista estar\u00e1 en manos de un comit\u00e9 evaluador, el cual valorar\u00e1 factores como formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, reputaci\u00f3n, honorabilidad, representaci\u00f3n regional y afinidad con los principios del partido. Sobre el lugar de Uribe, Vallejo aclar\u00f3 que no fue una imposici\u00f3n, sino una iniciativa personal del expresidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00c9l mismo propuso estar en el puesto 25 y para nosotros es un honor contar con su liderazgo en un momento tan dif\u00edcil para Colombia\u201d, subray\u00f3.
