{"id":88013,"date":"2025-09-14T04:29:21","date_gmt":"2025-09-14T09:29:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=88013"},"modified":"2025-09-14T04:29:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-14T09:29:23","slug":"destapado-fraude-en-pensiones-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/destapado-fraude-en-pensiones-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Destapado fraude en pensiones en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n revel\u00f3 un caso de presunto fraude con el que seis personas habr\u00edan recibido pensiones vitalicias de manera irregular en el Huila, causando un detrimento superior a los 1.500 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los se\u00f1alados son <strong>Samuel Cuenca, Fernando Chila Parra, Luz Matilde Guti\u00e9rrez Guti\u00e9rrez, Henry Mosquera Salas, Luis Antonio P\u00e9rez Barrag\u00e1n y Jairo Perdomo Poveda<\/strong>, quienes habr\u00edan presentado documentaci\u00f3n falsa ante la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno departamental para simular vinculaciones laborales inexistentes y obtener el reconocimiento de las mesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, en sus solicitudes omitieron entregar soportes clave como certificaciones de experiencia, expedientes de cesant\u00edas, actos de nombramiento y registros de n\u00f3minas, requisitos exigidos por la ley para validar el derecho a la pensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas maniobras, lograron inducir en error a funcionarios que finalmente autorizaron los pagos. Por este motivo, un fiscal de la Unidad de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de la Seccional Huila imput\u00f3 a los seis investigados por los delitos de <strong>peculado por apropiaci\u00f3n y fraude procesal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que <strong>Luz Matilde Guti\u00e9rrez Guti\u00e9rrez y Henry Mosquera Salas aceptaron los cargos<\/strong> en su contra, mientras que los dem\u00e1s procesados deber\u00e1n responder en el curso del proceso judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n revel\u00f3 un caso de presunto fraude con el que seis personas habr\u00edan recibido pensiones vitalicias de manera irregular en el Huila, causando un detrimento superior a los 1.500 millones de pesos.
