{"id":8805,"date":"2021-01-03T05:13:29","date_gmt":"2021-01-03T10:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=8805"},"modified":"2021-01-03T05:13:31","modified_gmt":"2021-01-03T10:13:31","slug":"subsidio-de-acueductos-rurales-hasta-junio-de-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/subsidio-de-acueductos-rurales-hasta-junio-de-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsidio de acueductos rurales, hasta junio de 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Iv\u00e1n Duque, sancion\u00f3 la Ley 2071 del 31 de diciembre de 2020, por medio del cual, entre otros, <strong>se ampl\u00eda la vigencia del subsidio del pago del servicio de agua rural hasta el 30 de junio de 2021,<\/strong> esta medida que hab\u00eda sido tomada para<strong> mitigar los efectos generados por la pandemia por el COVID-19 <\/strong>el campo colombiano ha permitido que hasta la fecha cerca de 147 mil familias de bajos recursos reciban un subsidio mensual de $12.400 para el pago de su factura de acueducto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta es una <strong>excelente noticia para las familias campesinas que han visto reducidos sus ingresos por la emergencia sanitaria <\/strong>y tambi\u00e9n lo es para las organizaciones comunitarias que prestan el servicio de acueducto en zonas rurales para que sigan contando con el apoyo del Gobierno Nacional y puedan continuar prestando el servicio de manera eficiente, mientras se reactiva la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds\u201d, dijo el ministro de Vivienda, Jonathan Malag\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministro inform\u00f3 que <strong>existe un potencial de 1.211 organizaciones que prestan el servicio de acueducto en zona rural <\/strong>que pueden acceder a este beneficio, de ese total, 463 ya han accedido a la medida y se han desembolsado un total de m\u00e1s $6.600 millones para tal fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos acueductos comunitarios interesados en participar del subsidio deben haber iniciado operaciones antes del 1 de enero de 2020 y contar con reconocimiento de personer\u00eda jur\u00eddica como organizaci\u00f3n autorizada sin \u00e1nimo de lucro para prestar el servicio p\u00fablico de acueducto, adem\u00e1s de atender a suscriptores en zona rural. El subsidio aplicar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente para los usuarios que viven en el campo\u201d, precis\u00f3 el Ministro Malag\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre tanto, el viceministro de Agua, Jose Luis Acero, record\u00f3 que las organizaciones autorizadas que no alcanzaron a realizar la solicitud de subsidio para sus usuarios podr\u00e1n hacerlo ante el Ministerio con la salvedad que los giros se comenzar\u00e1n a aplicar despu\u00e9s de la respectiva aprobaci\u00f3n, y aquellas asociaciones ya inscritas quedan autom\u00e1ticamente cobijadas hasta junio de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos <strong>acueductos veredales de los departamentos de Cundinamarca, Antioquia, Valle, Boyac\u00e1, Nari\u00f1o y Huila<\/strong>, hasta el momento han sido los m\u00e1s juiciosos con las solicitudes y aprobaci\u00f3n del subsidio, pero desde el Gobierno Nacional no queremos que ninguna organizaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds se quede por fuera y en esta nueva ampliaci\u00f3n de la medida el llamado es a
