Durante la Audiencia P\u00fablica del Proyecto de Ley 405 de 2025 en el Senado, el alcalde de Neiva, Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla, pidi\u00f3 que la ciudad sea reconocida oficialmente como territorio afectado por el conflicto armado, con el fin de acceder a los beneficios de los Programas de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial (PDET).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario record\u00f3 que hace una d\u00e9cada Neiva qued\u00f3 excluida de los 170 municipios priorizados en este proceso, lo que signific\u00f3 la p\u00e9rdida de inversiones en proyectos de desarrollo y de mecanismos de reparaci\u00f3n para las v\u00edctimas de la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsa exclusi\u00f3n fue injusta con una ciudad que ha sufrido de manera reiterada las consecuencias del conflicto. Hoy seguimos reclamando lo que nos corresponde: atenci\u00f3n para las v\u00edctimas y posibilidades reales de desarrollo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Casagua en su intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde asegur\u00f3 que la capital huilense tiene los argumentos hist\u00f3ricos y t\u00e9cnicos suficientes para ser incluida en la pr\u00f3rroga de este decreto, y advirti\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1 insistiendo en esta causa durante su gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de liderar la gesti\u00f3n de recursos y acciones que fortalezcan la institucionalidad de Neiva, con el prop\u00f3sito de avanzar hacia la reconstrucci\u00f3n social y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la paz en el territorio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
