La entidad autoriz\u00f3 su importaci\u00f3n bajo la categor\u00eda de \u201cvital no disponible\u201d con el fin de garantizar su acceso en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 tras la notificaci\u00f3n de Central Pharma, titular del registro sanitario y \u00fanico proveedor en Colombia, que suspendi\u00f3 la comercializaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco por razones comerciales y falta de rentabilidad, explic\u00f3 Claudia Marcela Vargas, directora de Medicamentos y Tecnolog\u00edas en Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el Ministerio, actualmente se est\u00e1 recopilando informaci\u00f3n sobre la demanda del medicamento y se han establecido contactos con laboratorios nacionales e internacionales que puedan asumir la importaci\u00f3n o gestionar un nuevo registro sanitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este medicamento es de uso habitual en hospitales y cl\u00ednicas para la atenci\u00f3n obst\u00e9trica, particularmente en la prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento de la hemorragia postparto.
