{"id":88178,"date":"2025-09-17T20:39:28","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T01:39:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=88178"},"modified":"2025-09-17T20:39:31","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T01:39:31","slug":"cam-alerta-compra-de-tierras-protegidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cam-alerta-compra-de-tierras-protegidas\/","title":{"rendered":"CAM alerta compra de tierras protegidas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Alto Magdalena (CAM) advirti\u00f3 que la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT) contin\u00faa con la compra de predios para la reforma agraria dentro de zonas protegidas del Huila, lo que pone en riesgo ecosistemas estrat\u00e9gicos y genera conflictos en el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director de la CAM, Camilo Augusto Agudelo Perdomo, hizo p\u00fablica la denuncia durante un debate de control pol\u00edtico en la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, donde cuestion\u00f3 la entrega irregular de tierras en el Parque Natural Regional P\u00e1ramo de Miraflores. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, las decisiones de la ANT desconocieron conceptos t\u00e9cnicos y normativos de car\u00e1cter ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agudelo record\u00f3 que los parques naturales cuentan con protecci\u00f3n constitucional y jurisprudencial, lo que les otorga car\u00e1cter de inalienables e imprescriptibles. Insisti\u00f3 en que existen 418.000 hect\u00e1reas disponibles en el departamento para el desarrollo de la agricultura familiar y comunitaria, sin necesidad de comprometer \u00e1reas de especial protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstamos viendo c\u00f3mo se desarraigan comunidades de sus territorios para llevarlas a habitar parques naturales. El Sistema Nacional de \u00c1reas Protegidas est\u00e1 en riesgo y el Huila, que lidera en n\u00famero de parques regionales a nivel nacional, podr\u00eda perder avances construidos durante d\u00e9cadas\u201d, expres\u00f3 Agudelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La CAM tambi\u00e9n advirti\u00f3 sobre predios ya adquiridos en Garz\u00f3n y La Argentina, as\u00ed como en el sur del Huila, dentro del Corredor Biol\u00f3gico Gu\u00e1charos-Purac\u00e9.
