En el caso del Huila, la preocupaci\u00f3n fue mayor al constatar el miedo generalizado que viven quienes defienden derechos humanos en zonas rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Campbell describi\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n como alarmante: \u201cVi el miedo en sus ojos. Los liderazgos sociales est\u00e1n acorralados; no tienen libertad de opinar ni de moverse en el territorio. Hay amenazas, homicidios, desconfianza para denunciar, extorsiones y reclutamiento de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes. No tienen paz\u201d. Las comunidades del Huila aseguraron que la presencia armada ha limitado su vida cotidiana y los ha convertido en blanco de hostigamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00edderes sociales del departamento advirtieron que han sido declarados \u201cobjetivo militar\u201d por estructuras ilegales que imponen condiciones y restringen la organizaci\u00f3n comunitaria. \u201cEn las zonas rurales da miedo ir a la huerta, da miedo ir a la escuela, da miedo hablar, da miedo caminar\u201d, expresaron, resaltando que incluso sus comunicaciones y movimientos son vigilados por los actores armados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la ONU Derechos Humanos, en lo corrido de 2025 se han verificado ya <strong>tres homicidios de defensores de derechos humanos en Huila<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de dos en Caquet\u00e1, cifras que reflejan la gravedad del escenario en la regi\u00f3n. Las comunidades insisten en que los grupos armados tienen control sobre sus rutinas, conocen sus nombres y tel\u00e9fonos, y los someten a un clima de temor constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frente a este panorama, Campbell subray\u00f3 que es urgente construir una <strong>ruta de paz<\/strong> que garantice que los actores armados no puedan ingresar a los territorios y que el Estado colombiano asegure una presencia integral y permanente en Huila.
