El mandatario colombiano pidi\u00f3 abrir procesos penales contra los responsables de operaciones militares en el Caribe, a las que calific\u00f3 como violaciones al derecho internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNecesitan imponer el di\u00e1logo y lanzar misiles en el Caribe\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Petro al inicio de su discurso, en el que cuestion\u00f3 de manera directa las acciones militares de Washington en la regi\u00f3n. El jefe de Estado insisti\u00f3 en que este tipo de operaciones no pueden quedar en la impunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente colombiano fue enf\u00e1tico al solicitar que se investigue a los funcionarios estadounidenses que dieron la orden de disparar misiles contra embarcaciones en el Caribe. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, se trata de una acci\u00f3n que contradice los principios de la convivencia internacional y la paz regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Petro tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la descertificaci\u00f3n de Colombia en la lucha contra las drogas por parte de Estados Unidos, medida que ha sido ampliamente rechazada por su gobierno. Para el mandatario, esa decisi\u00f3n desconoce los avances del pa\u00eds en esta materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que dicha descertificaci\u00f3n hace parte de una pol\u00edtica antidrogas \u201cfracasada\u201d que requiere transformaciones profundas.
