{"id":88497,"date":"2025-09-26T05:08:39","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T10:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=88497"},"modified":"2025-09-26T05:08:41","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T10:08:41","slug":"inspeccion-de-la-procuraduria-a-ecopetrol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/inspeccion-de-la-procuraduria-a-ecopetrol\/","title":{"rendered":"Inspecci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda a Ecopetrol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 una visita de inspecci\u00f3n a Ecopetrol en medio de la controversia por un presunto acuerdo para entregar un contrato de regasificaci\u00f3n a la empresa Gaxi S.A., propiedad del expolic\u00eda Juan Guillermo Mancera, amigo del presidente de la petrolera, Ricardo Roa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo del Ministerio P\u00fablico fue recopilar informaci\u00f3n clave sobre la gesti\u00f3n contractual en el mercado de gas. Para ello, solicit\u00f3 la presencia de Roa y de varios directivos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, quienes deb\u00edan dar explicaciones frente a las decisiones adoptadas en este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diligencia estuvo encabezada por el procurador delegado Marcio Melgosa, acompa\u00f1ado de un equipo t\u00e9cnico que levant\u00f3 un acta con las evidencias recogidas. Adem\u00e1s, se pidi\u00f3 la comparecencia de vicepresidentes y directores de \u00e1reas relacionadas con abastecimiento, auditor\u00eda interna, cumplimiento y secretar\u00eda general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el auto de visita, la Procuradur\u00eda aclar\u00f3 que se trata de una actuaci\u00f3n preventiva que no constituye coadministraci\u00f3n ni aval a las decisiones de Ecopetrol, sino un mecanismo para anticiparse a posibles riesgos e irregularidades que afecten los recursos p\u00fablicos o los derechos de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a la inspecci\u00f3n, Ecopetrol emiti\u00f3 un comunicado en el que asegur\u00f3 haber entregado toda la informaci\u00f3n solicitada.
