El requerimiento estaba relacionado con presuntos incumplimientos en la entrega de informaci\u00f3n sobre la liquidaci\u00f3n de cesant\u00edas a docentes del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, pocas horas despu\u00e9s de conocerse la medida, la Sala Cuarta de Decisi\u00f3n Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medell\u00edn determin\u00f3 revocar la sanci\u00f3n. El alto tribunal concluy\u00f3 que el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n s\u00ed hab\u00eda cumplido dentro de los tiempos establecidos con el derecho de petici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo del Tribunal resalta que la cartera actu\u00f3 conforme a los principios de legalidad, eficiencia y diligencia administrativa, descartando cualquier omisi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que s\u00ed se realiz\u00f3 la notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica del acto administrativo y que la entidad respondi\u00f3 de manera oportuna a la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Antioquia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el pronunciamiento subraya que no se vulneraron los derechos fundamentales del accionante y que la acci\u00f3n de tutela perdi\u00f3 validez por \u201ccarencia actual de objeto\u201d debido a que el hecho ya estaba superado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a esta decisi\u00f3n, el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n emiti\u00f3 un comunicado aclarando que la orden de arresto nunca qued\u00f3 en firme y que la informaci\u00f3n difundida inicialmente correspondi\u00f3 a una interpretaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea. \u201cEl auto que circul\u00f3 en medios no est\u00e1 ejecutoriado.
